I’m a regular customer they have to do a better job receiving phones and taking right orders and make it on time… first time had to wait over 30 minutes and no reply ….also the guy with glasses on the counter cared less for customers ..hope it improves like used to be…and island green tastes different than what it should have

Got the sunrise smoothie. Good flavor. It made me smile when the worker drew a smile face on the smoothie cup

I've been here before and had had no complaints. However today at approximately 4:18pm I went there was one person ahead of me "Gina" . Her order was taken 2 smoothies. I was next the young lady at the counter nails painted white and had blond hair received a persona phone call. She explained to the caller she was in pain hadnt been able to attend a full day of school. Had been prescribed Tylenol with codeine. (TMI) She did not excuse herself nor did she take my order, she proceeded to walk into the prep area. As a customer this was not just poor customer service but rude and disrespectful. I waited a few minutes she did not return her back was turned and she was still on the phone. I left. I'll find another location. You lost a customer.

I placed an order on the site on March 23. I ordered a flatbread sandwich and a Bahama Mama. The Bahama Mama tasted like tap water, very tangy and metallic like. The peanut butter and banana flatbread I had ordered also had a strand of hair in it. I had reached out and submitted a form on the site in order to seek a resolution, however, it’s been 3+ weeks now, and no resolution. Nobody had even contacted me in order to acknowledge the complaint.

Put my order in the "online order" cubby instead of giving it to me when I literally went into the place to order. I kept waiting wondering where my order was and it was half melted by the time that got figured out. Then I saw on my statement today that they overcharged me. Someone is skimming there. It was only about 25 cents but that adds up to a lot when you do it to orders all day.

I honestly went in so tired from pulling doubles at my job for a week straight and so blah to a smile when I opened my food and saw a message honestly made day better thank you

This is by far the cleanest Tropical Smoothie I've been to. The smoothies and food are great . The staff is always so helpful and the owner Steve is one of the friendliest people. He treats his employees well and is always there making sure things are running smooth. Love this place!

My son really liked this place! He’s 5 but said I must leave a review with 5 stars because the food is delicious, and we got a smiley face drawn on our smoothie cup! 😄 great job guys!
